Did you know that TUFF SHED now offers a metal roof upgrade? If you want to add a little curb appeal to your building, a metal roof could be just what you're looking for.

And this new option is surprisingly affordable. Add it to any ranch style shed for $2.50 per square foot or $3.50 per square foot for barn style sheds. This material is a standard ribbed metal with an exposed fastener and is available in four standard colors, green, red, brown and light stone (a creamy off-white).

On larger buildings like garages and recreational buildings, we use a different format of metal roof, called a standing seam. Call me for a custom quote on metal roof on these types of structures.

WE HAVE A BUILDING FOR THAT

Have a tight space that you need to squeeze in a building? We can do that. Check out this 10'x16' TB-600 delivered to a customer in Twin Falls, ID.

This building was built at the factory and delivered over 100 miles away to the customer's home. The customer needed the building, which includes a skylight, four transom windows and double doors to fit into a tight space. With some extra planning and on-site work plus a little precision, we were able to squeeze the 10' building into a 10’4” space, leaving just 2" on each side.

This two-story building features a 4' porch, 4' wrap-around overhang, two access doors, one double door, 12 3x2 windows and one 3x4 window. Did you know that part of the reason TUFF SHED buildings are TUFF is because of our wall framing?

Our walls and roof have superior strength and rigidity because we use the same building techniques that you find in most homes, with 2x4 stud wall framing placed 16" on center. This gives our buildings the ability to hold up under heavy loads - we've even parked trucks on top of our buildings!

And to reinforce our wall framing even more, we also use bottom plates on all walls and double top plates on the sidewalls, plus structural headers over doors and windows in order to better transfer the weight of the roof.
